1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 Clove Garlic
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
9 oz Shredded Cabbage
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Sriracha
1/2 Stalk Green Onions
Grind the garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place aside.
Chop the green onions and set them aside.
In a large frying pan, add the ground meat and sprinkle it with salt & black pepper. Cook over medium high heat until it’s browned.
Transfer the meat to a holding plate, while leaving the liquid in the frying pan.
Add the grated garlic into the frying pan and cook until it’s fragrant, about 1 minute.
Mix in the shredded cabbage & cook until it’s the desired tenderness (about 2-3 minutes).
Add back in the cooked meat from step 4, then stir in the Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with a squeeze of Sriracha and chopped green onions. Enjoy hot!
